// EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

EU consumers can withdraw from contracts within 14 days without giving reasons.

Loss of right: If you requested immediate service start and we fully performed, the right may be lost (Art. 16, Dir. 2011/83/EU).

// CANCELLATIONS

Cancel anytime from the customer portal. Services terminate at the end of the billing period unless you select immediate cancellation.

Data is scheduled for deletion 7 days after termination.

// PAYMENTS & PROCESSORS

Payments may be processed by Stripe, Mollie, or PayPal. Card data is handled by processors; we do not store full PAN or CVC. Strong Customer Authentication (3‑D Secure/SCA) may apply.

We follow PCI DSS responsibilities appropriate to a hosted payments integration. Disputes/chargebacks may lead to suspension while investigated—please contact support first.
