Terms of Service

1. Our Services

We provide hosting services including VPS, dedicated servers, IPv6 allocations, and ASN sponsorship:

  • Configurable virtual and physical servers
  • Full root access and control
  • No identity verification required
  • Privacy-focused infrastructure

2. Privacy & Data

We don't monitor, log, or share your data unnecessarily. Your activities remain private unless we're legally required to disclose information under German law.

We collect minimal information needed to provide services and handle payments. No personal identification required for service activation.

3. Payment & Billing

Services are billed in advance. We accept various payment methods including cryptocurrency for enhanced privacy.

Refunds available within 14 days of service activation if you haven't extensively used the service. Contact support to request refunds.

4. Acceptable Use

We support hosting legal content without restrictions. Please don't use our services for:

  • Illegal activities under German, Dutch, or applicable law
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Distributing malware or conducting attacks
  • Activities that could harm our infrastructure or other users
  • Content that violates applicable laws in our operating jurisdictions

5. Service Deployment

VPS Services: Automated deployment, typically ready within minutes of payment confirmation.

Dedicated Servers: Manual setup required, deployment time varies based on hardware availability and configuration complexity.

IPv6 Allocations: Manual processing required for RIPE database management and routing setup.

ASN Sponsorship: Manual application process with RIPE NCC, processing time depends on registry procedures.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. Maintenance windows and unexpected issues may cause temporary service interruptions.

DDoS protection is included, but we may temporarily suspend services under severe attacks to protect infrastructure.

Our infrastructure is located in Netherlands (primary), Germany and Finland (Hetzner dedicated servers).

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms, illegal activities, or non-payment.

You may cancel services at any time. No refunds for partial months unless within the 14-day refund period.

8. Legal Framework

These terms are governed by German law. Our company is registered in Germany and subject to German jurisdiction.

Services are provided from data centers in the Netherlands, Germany, and Finland. Content must comply with applicable laws in these jurisdictions.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. Disputes will be resolved in appropriate German courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email or service announcements.

Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
