We provide hosting services to customers who use them responsibly and in accordance with our terms.

By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use paid services.

// FAIR USE POLICY

Use your resources reasonably. Here's what that means:

CPU:
High usage is acceptable, provided it does not impact other users
BANDWIDTH:
Use what you need, we don't oversell
STORAGE:
For your stuff, not a public file dump
NETWORK:
No attacks or abuse against others

// CONTENT POLICY

We support legitimate business and personal hosting needs. All content must comply with applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:

× Illegal content: CSAM, terrorism, human trafficking, fraud, or any criminal activity
× Spam, phishing, or email abuse operations
× Malware, ransomware, or exploit distribution
× Network attacks, DDoS, or infrastructure abuse
× Financial crimes, scams, card fraud, unauthorized charges, or money laundering
× Copyright or trademark infringement
× Pyramid schemes, cryptocurrency scams, investment fraud, or unlicensed financial services
× Illegal gambling or unlicensed gaming operations
× Adult content that lacks proper age verification controls or violates laws

All services must be used in compliance with applicable laws and payment processor requirements. Violations will result in immediate termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

// ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

What is allowed:

Legitimate hosting: websites, applications, databases, APIs, CDN
Development, testing, backup storage, content delivery
Email hosting with proper SPF/DKIM/DMARC records and anti-spam measures
Secure remote access for business use

Users must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction where services are hosted. We fully cooperate with law enforcement, payment processors, and regulatory authorities when legally required. All services are subject to compliance with payment processor requirements and anti-fraud measures.

// VIOLATIONS & ENFORCEMENT

Consequences of violation:

  • • Immediate service suspension without refund
  • • Termination of account and data deletion
  • • Reporting to law enforcement for illegal activity
  • • Cooperation with payment processors for fraud cases
  • • Permanent ban from our services

Reporting violations:

Report violations to [email protected]. We investigate all reports and respond within 48 hours.

Law enforcement cooperation:

We comply with valid legal requests from law enforcement agencies. Requests must be submitted with proper jurisdiction and legal basis. Contact [email protected].

Payment compliance:

We comply with all applicable laws regarding payment processing, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering. Bank transfers require proper identification. All transactions are subject to verification and monitoring.

METHODS: Bank transfer; additional payment methods available
CHARGING: Advance billing monthly or yearly
FEES: Prices include VAT where applicable; no hidden surcharges
LATE: Reasonable grace period; service may suspend after notice
REFUNDS: 14‑day money‑back for EU consumers on new purchases
REFUND NOTES: Proportional refunds for unused months only
AUTO‑RENEWAL: Opt-in automatic renewal available; you can cancel anytime with 7 days notice
SECURITY: Bank transfers require proper identification and verification
FRAUD PREVENTION: All transactions monitored for fraud; verification may be required
COMPLIANCE: We cooperate with law enforcement and regulators as legally required

// VERIFICATION & SANCTIONS

We may require identity or business verification for regulatory compliance and security purposes.

We do not provide services to sanctioned persons/entities or comprehensively sanctioned regions, and users must comply with all applicable export controls and sanctions laws.

// INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS

Report copyright/trademark complaints to [email protected] with sufficient detail (work, URLs, authority to act). We respond promptly and may remove or disable access to material under applicable law.

// DELIVERY & RELIABILITY

Provisioning timelines: VPS typically within 24 hours after payment verification; dedicated 24–72h subject to stock. Identity verification may be required.

UPTIME: Targeting high availability; no specific SLA guaranteed
OUTAGES: We fix fast and communicate

// DATA & BACKUPS

You are responsible for your data and backups. We provide hosting infrastructure but recommend regular backups as service availability cannot be guaranteed.

// RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For EU consumers: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.

You may exercise this right by emailing us at [email protected] with your order details.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw. Some payment methods may have processing limitations.

Loss of right to withdraw: Your right of withdrawal expires if the service has been fully performed and we began performance only after you gave your express consent and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed.

Cancel anytime. Data deleted after 7 days.

// CHANGES

Terms may change. We'll email you about major changes.
