We are not required to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures, however we maintain open communication - please contact us via email for any issues.

We are not obligated to participate in ODR procedures but will consider participation on a case-by-case basis.

We are responsible for our hosting services according to German law. We are not responsible for content hosted by customers unless we have actual knowledge of illegal activity and fail to act promptly.

For technical issues, outages, or service problems, our liability is limited to the monthly service fee for the affected service.
